Shared Optional Tab: History

• The History Tab shows the following CRM Communication events linked to the parent entity:
  • E-Mail
  • Phone Call
  • Meeting
  • SMS
  • Note
• New CRM Communication events can be entered for the entity by clicking the Application tool-bar push button: CRM Communication Push-Buttons.

History table: this contains rows of CRM Communication events linked to the parent entity.

The content of the rows can be expanded by clicking the Application tool-bar push button: Auto Preview.

Double click a row to open the record in the appropriate communication Maintenance function.
